45-Day Warranty
All eligible appliances include a 45-day warranty from the date of purchase. If the appliance experiences a covered functional issue during the warranty period, please contact Soy Express Appliances for assistance.
The warranty covers mechanical or functional failures under normal use. Cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, discoloration, or other appearance-related conditions are not covered.
Proof of purchase may be required for warranty service.
Warranty services
If the appliance was delivered by Soy Express Appliances, a technician will come to the customer’s home to diagnose and repair a covered warranty issue.
If the appliance was picked up by the customer at our warehouse, the customer must bring the appliance back to the warehouse for warranty service. An in-home technician visit may be requested for a $50 service fee.
If a covered appliance problem cannot be resolved during the warranty period, the appliance will be replaced according to our warr
Delivery & Installation
Delivery and professional installation are available for all appliances we sell. Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location and distance. Installation fees may vary depending on the appliance and installation requirements. Please contact us for a delivery and installation quote.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not issue monetary refunds. Deposits are non-refundable, and delivery fees are non-refundable. Appliances picked up by the customer at our warehouse cannot be returned. Warranty service remains available according to the applicable warranty terms.
Pre - Owned Appliances Conditions
Our pre-owned appliances may show normal signs of previous use, including scratches, dents, discoloration, or other minor cosmetic imperfections. Cosmetic conditions do not affect warranty coverage and are not covered under warranty. Please review all product photos before purchasing.
